Greg Forino

Managing Director

Greg Forinos introduction to the flooring world was working with his Grandfather while he was at school , He then left school and worked in the city for Laurie Milbank , Chase Manhattan and Credit Suisse , after 5 years of working in this environment he decided that he wanted the challenge of working for himself , He went to work in the flooring industry as a floor layer sub contracting to the major flooring companies which gave him the desire to build his own business. After a stint working in Spain he moved to Guernsey and established GFF Flooring Ltd which has been established for 20 years.
Some 2 years ago he and his partners set up GFF Bentley and Howell which is now firmly embedded in the uk contracting market and growing year on  year

Michael Day

General Manager

Micheal has been in the industry for the past 35 years, his professional, hardworking and efficient attitude has stood him in great shape and with this it allows him to always deliver for the client
Micheal has been with his wife lisa for 35 years and has four children.

Daniel Gardiner

Contracts Manager

Daniel joined the company 3 years ago and has been exceptional in his relationships built with both clients and partners. His client welfare , care and attention to detail is second to none and is  always willing to help clients out with their every need. He has adapted great knowledge of all sides of contract and residential flooring and enjoys dealing with customers. He's a family man with two beautiful children and loves Tottenham.

Justine Forino Wells

 Financial Controller , MAAT, CIMA Cert BA

Justine is an excellent communicator who has over 25 years experience within investment banking, commerce and industry. She provides us with valuable analysis and expert opinions on financial topics. She manages the finance team and is responsible for establishing and executing internal and external controls over the company's accounting and financial procedures. She has a love of Spain, speaks the language and makes a mean paella apparently!

Michelle Welch

Accounts Manager

Michelle joined our company in February 2019. After 12 years working in various roles from Accounts Manager to Commercial Manager within the waste industry, she brings a great deal of experience with her on sales accounts, credit control and purchase ledger along with great customer service. Michelle has taken various courses including, Managing Safely, data protection and is a trained Fire Marshall!  Michelle likes to socialise with friends and attend her step & body blast classes in her spare time.

Rickie White

Project Manager

Rickie since joining the company has quickly established himself as one of the best project managers in the market place , his effiecient approach has allowed him to deliever some of our biggest and best projects on time and to the highest standard , his efficient approach and his willingness to go above and beyond for our clients has made him an invaluable part of the company  , Rickie likes to socailise with his family and friends and is a life long Arsenal fan.

Taylor Quill

Manager GFF Guernsey

Ray is the Manager of GFF Guernsey and has worked alongside Greg for 15 years.  His experience within the business has left him with an undeniable knowledge of all flooring and the technicalities of fitting. He runs the fitters diary and deals with customers specific requests and is vital in the running of the company on the Guernsey side. He helps the customers find the best flooring to suit their specific needs and is very good with answering any questions that they may have. Outside of work Ray has two children and loves football.

Millie Forino

Showroom, Marketing & Gardens Manager GFF Guernsey

Millie has been with GFF for over a year and has taken over managment of the Gardens and Social Media for both Guernsey and Stansted. She has enjoyed learning all the ins and outs of all the products within the showroom and is gradually learning about the commercial side of the business by working along side Greg with pricing jobs and learning more about the materials.  Millie really enjoys working with customers and providing them with service and flooring they will be happy with and working on the social media. Millie enjoys keeping fit  in her spare time and going to the gym and boxing. She also enjoys being with her family and her friends.

Greg Howell

Logistics Manager

Greg has a keen interest in the business and organises our logistics. Like David he is an ex professional football player and had to retire due to early injury. He spends his working day alongside David with young player scouting, youth teams, player placement and agency work.

Montana Cauvin

 PA & Showroom Manager GFF Guernsey

Montana is 26 years old and is a PA to Greg Forino and looks after the showroom in Guernsey. She has been with GFF for 3 years and really enjoys working with our team. She feels the best part of her job is meeting new people and assissting them with their requirements within their budgets. Montana has gained a vast knowledge of all the products and is the go to when customers come in with specific requests.She also enjoys travelling back and forth to Stansted and learning more of the commercial side of the business. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family including her 2 sons and her friends.

Gemma Gardiner

Key Account Manager

Gemma has been with us for 2 years and plays a vital part in managing some of our key clients , she has two beautiful children , olivia and greyson
